Exported backup, now says file cannot be opened  en

Essentailly I made a backup (export) of my webiste, which the program says it cannot ipen as it does not support split files, which it created!  So I've lost the website essentially and Incromedia want me to upgrade LOL

Incromedia used to be good.  Not any more.  Off to find a better and more robust software as this just isn't worth paying for.

If anyone knows how to fix this, or if there is a fix, please let me know.

Cheers

Hello. I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.

I think that the company's employees will ask you to send the archive of your project. Perhaps they can help.

Hello Michael,
I am sorry about the issue.
Could you please provide me with a copy of the IWZIP you have generated, so that I can take a closer look?
You can upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
Thank you.

Eric

Hi Eric,

I will do, but I think this is where the issue lies as the file is 2.75GB, which is huge. The website is ofevents.co.uk/photos so it does contain a lot of images.

Hello Michael,
luckily the size limit of SwissTransfer is larger than WeTransfer, so you should not have an issue with 2.75 GB, although it may take some time to upload.

Eric
