We have a version W5 X5 Pro 2024.4.8. Each time I want to buy a template it says: Uh-oh,
your latest software version doesn't work with this.

Hi, just realized we have 2 accounts. We have activated credits in wrong account , can we deactivate and move credits to a diffferent account. The other account has a licence for the software.
