My website www.westridgewaychurches.co.uk project will not load saying it is corrupted and a previous version will not load because the project was created on a past version. 

I upload files each week and as far as I know, the project is backed up at each save and yet I do not know where to as the folder I selected for the backups stops in 24. Is there a default location for backups? Might there be other reasons why the project file would become corrupted?
