Iwzip file got huge

my project was 116MB as an iwzip file, but i added a video to a page, decided to delete it and then add a utube link instead. ended up deleting the page with those objects.
the saved file is now 260MB.
Looked everywhere in case the original MP4 was still "stuck" somewhere. Not visible anywhere at the server, or that i can find in any of the pluginappobj folders (2588 folders!)
would like to fix this

Hello Adrian,
could you try using the function to delete unconnected resources in Step 5 - Export ---> Optimize the project?
Additionally, was the IWZIP generated including the backup files or not?

Thank you - i hadnt noticed I had accidentally checked the include previre files option.... back to normal now

Thanks Axel; I backup regularly and incrementally - it goes to my dropbox, and then replicated across several of my pc/macs.
The problem is i hadnt noticed the filesize for a few days - so i didnt want to restore from a couple of days ago if i could avoid it.....
I use the file structure;
(project name) (date) (incremental letter a to z throughout the day) (server name) (x5 version)
so.... as1072com03082026(x)siteg202525 for example
All good now.
