Process for renewing expiring webspace 
Autore: Mercy D.I have website Evo. I wanted to renew hosting only, for custom domain afroeuropean?????.co.uk which is expiring in 5 days.
In My Webhosting section there is a Buy the hosting Evo button which I click.
This pops up Find my domain.
As I don't need to "check if a new domain is available" and I can't "report a domain which you have already registered with another provider", because I have a .co.uk suffix, and it is not in the dropdown list.
I click Skip this step.
This takes me to the payment screen and I pay.
This now connects to https://mercy-??????.websitex5.me not to domain afroeuropean?????.co.uk.
So I guess now I need to go to my domain provider and change the DNS, set up the email address again and hope the DNS change does .
Is there a better way of achieving this?
The Incomedia employees have probably already finished work and will be online again from Wednesday.

Thanks Elisa. So for next year, do I need to contact support every time I renew or did some kind of system delay eventually make the change.
I just need a repeatable process. I understand the buying part, but not how the expiry date changed.

Next year I suggest you wait for the official automatic remider e-mails for the hosting extension: you will get them about a month before the expiration date (which is May 4th, 2027) and they will include the link to extend the correct hosting.
