Hi,
I used X5 Pro’s AI-assisted wizard to generate a website. After spending several days correcting and fine-tuning it, I had a professional finished product with which I was satisfied.
When I tried to export the site, I was informed that some images required purchase. I then bought those images, completed regression testing, and then, satisfied with the results, tried to export again. This time I was told that two images still needed to be purchased (see the attached image). I clicked the “Buy” button for those images but received a “Generic Error” message.
Can someone advise how I should proceed to resolve this issue?
Thank you.
PS: I have plenty of credits available. So, I don’t believe this is a credit availability issue.

Hello Percival,
I am sorry about the issue, could you provide a screenshow showing which images these are, so that I can check their ID and see if I encounter the same error?
Thank you.

Hi Eric:
Unfortunately, there is no indication of what the premium images are. Instead, I receive the attached error message when I click on the “Buy” button. If you'd like, I can email the actual project file to you.
Thanks.

FYI, I'm not prevented from exporting the project. I can successfully export the project despite this message.

How can I attach multiple files at a time? Since I don't know what image is being complained about, I can attach all 22 images if you like.
The images can be packed into a ZIP file.
Incomedia employees will likely only be online here starting Monday during office hours in Italy.
