Email image/company logo not displaying

When try and add an image in Styles and models in Email image/company logo it shows perfect in the preview I then upload my site but when I test it and send an email from my site it will not display correctly in my inbox it just displays a small white box with a red cross in the middle I have tried diffrent formats Gif,PNG, and sizes and I have also logged onto my online mail box and it is displayed the same there aswell how can I get this to display propperly

Hello Andrew,

the link of that image is created using the url address you set on step 1 of WebsiteX5, please check you set the correct address in this field.

Perfect this has been driving me mad I am only in the process of creating and testing the site so I have been uploading to a Sub domain which did not match url in step 1 matched them both up and bingo works perfect.
