Video playing problems

Hi
I have problems, playing embedded videos.
They don't even start playing online, while they do play when i try the offline preview.
I tried various formats but the results is the same, except wmv format which demands windows media player.
At the moment, i am using the flv format.
I use googlechrome - by the way, it does not even appear at all in internet explorer).

How can this happen?
1) Since i upload all the website data via the websiteX step5 option "Upload the website to internet"
2) since i can see all the uploaded video formats in the same folder! wmv format works, but the others dont! (please see attached screenshot of the folder)

Both files are stored in the same folder. If you follow the wmv link, it starts playing. If you follow the flv link, it doesnt work... that is the problem.
