Click and jump to a different location on the same page

How can I click a word or an image and jump to different location on the same page? For example, I have a FAQ section. When an user clicks on a question, it takes the user to the bottom on the page where the answer is displayed. Thanks!

Hello Kurt,
What you want to do is named an anchor. May I point you to this link :http://www.hypergurl.com/anchors.html
To create the anchor you would probably have to insert a HTML block or if it is inside a text block, you would have to swith to the HTML view.
