Version 10 Program Crashes
Autore: John W.I bought the upgrade to version 9 yesterday. Since then it has been EXTREMELY difficult to even have a preview of my website. There are a lot of links on it yet with version 9 I have NEVER had a crash of your program. I am not a professional at this and the last time I asked about the one.com free website after I did the upgrade, the response I got did not seem very friendly and I hope this is not the case here. It seems I would have been much much much better off not upgrading the and just stuck with version 9. I am extremely unhappy hence if there is anything you can tell me as to why the program CONSTANTLY crashes or why I cannot even see a preview, it would be very much appreciated. Our company is on a budget and in reading the other questions by people it seems it would be very difficult for me to revert back to version 9. So what did I do waste my money?

Can you please tell me if you get any error messages when it crashes? On what Windows Version are you running it?
Please try to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 and then use this tool to cleanup the entries of the framework:

Once done reinstall .NET Framework 4.0 from following link:

I get an error message at the very top that says "(Not Responding)" and other times I get a pop up stating "incomedia has stopped working". I am running Windows 7 home premium. My computer is not a new one yet with version 9 I never had such an issue. I also have many links on the site so that could be an issue. I will attempt what you said and thanks very much for your reply and what has been an excellent program.

I followed your instructions and it has been working much better for the past few days. Everytime I attempt to preview or close out a page, every single picture and link on that page seems to take a time to appear. I only have the issue with pages that have large amounts of links and pictures. Your instructions and patience helped me a lot. I will update you as to if anything changes. Thanks very much again for all the work you do.

Please check also if there are other programs running in Background and try to close them to see if it works faster.
