I recently formatted my system and re-installed Website X5 Version 9. When i try to upload the previous projects then it is asking to update. I tried lots of time to update after disabling antivirus & firewall but not able to get updates, also tried from answers.websitex5.com - Profile - download....but after some part of download it stops downloading automatically.

Please give me the solution asap and lift me out from this trouble...
