Error while updating: 406

I recently formatted my system and re-installed Website X5 Version 9. When i try to upload the previous projects then it is asking to update. I tried lots of time to update after disabling antivirus & firewall but not able to get updates, also tried from answers.websitex5.com - Profile - download....but after some part of download it stops downloading automatically.
Please give me the solution asap and lift me out from this trouble...

Hi Varun,
It sounds very much like your connection to the Internet is at fault. Best check with your ISP to ensure you first have a trouble free connection before attempting to update X5.
try closing all websitex5.exe files in your proces tab when you update
Do this at the moment websitex5 closes during start of update.
use ctrl-alt-del to go to your processes and close all websitex5.exe. Then continue updating.
