Hi, I've just downloaded Ev 10 but am unable to access it on laptop. I have been using Ev 9 in the past. Any ideas??

Hello Regina, can you clarify what you mean by 'unable to access it on laptop'?
Have you downloaded the setup file to your laptop but can't locate it, or are you attempting to install the program but installation fails? Or something else?

Paul, I've discovered that there appears to be a licence issue.This has occured before when I started using Ev9 . I thought it had been corrected then but apparently not. Its quering my email address....which has not changed. I'm using this software for years
Regina, If you bought an update V9 will stop working after some time and you need to use V10 further on.
