Mobile edition of a site

I would like to have a mobile edition af the site, because I can see many uses their mobile phone to look at pictures. How it this possible without having to maintain two set of product/pictures?
When creating a mobile edition, I would like to get an option so it can be based on an existing project, so I can have a normal and a mobile one, who uses my products in both projects.

The projects made are already optimized to be seen on mobile devices and your suggestion to have a different site automatically based on the main project will be taken in consideration too.
