INSTALLING TEMPLATE PACK 901 & 902 - ANSWER TO PROBLEMS..
Ok, I figured it out. Supposed to install template packs in MAIN EVOLUTION 9 FOLDER, not in template folder. It worked.

i set your post as "Problem" and set to correct.
Infact you need to install the template pack in the folder where there is the "Websitex5.exe" file.
