Can't install on New computer  en

Hi I'm changing computers and found that I have only 1 licence for my software ( version 7). So I removed it from my old computer but it will not install on the New computer as it says it's already registered elsewhere. Can you please advise what I need to do in order to be able to install it on the New computer and if it's possible to have it on both as I thought this came with 2 users as standard? THANKS

a single licence of WebSite X5 gives you the chance to install on two computers, but I do not see a licence in your control panel. Could you please kindly give it to me so that I may help?
