using website x5 I have made many  sites using the shopping cart they all worked perfect.  I recently tried this site www.wfiw.ca and it wont send order I get a webiste wont send order error.

I looked at another site I made (rrandrwholesale.com) only difference it was made in an earlier wesite x5 version I uploaded it to the (wfiw) host and it worked.

I then loaded (rrandrwholesale.com) to the (wfiw) host and it worked.

there both Using Bell Hosting to host the site which supports php 5 http://bellhosting.ca/en/index.htm

I cant get to control panel http 500 InternaL Server Error

TRIED CTRL C

PHP FIVE INSTALLED

TRIED DIFFERENT SENDING EMAIL ADDRESSES ALL LEGITIMATE SPELT CORRECTLY

BEEN USING WEBSITE X5 6 years sell it for you all the time first time I have asked for anything PLEASE HELP!!

I cant figure out how to delete a post I am using 2 saying the same thing. I am not an idiot I am tired trying to solve this for days thinking I would solve it before you answer.

More information: previously I tried to copy some files from an old rrandrwolesale.com site to make wfiw.ca work.

I copied the admin and the res directories from rrandrwholesale.com site to the wfiw.ca site and it did make the control pane work NOT THE SEND ERROR.

Thinking I was on to something I played around some more NOTHING WORKS AGAIN!

Internal Error 500 is a server error and you should contact the hosting provider because this error means something on their settings is not correct.

In any case try to delete the complete content online and then export the complete project which the program and then test it again.

If this should not work too then you need to contact your hosting provider so they can tell you why their server gives this error.

Please keep me updated.

I am not sure how this works I am frustrated so excuse my paitence..  I explained this to you its not the hosting.

There is nothing wrong with the Host.  There is something wrong with my site wfiw.

I also made a test site uploaded it to the host and it "worked"!!!

Now that we know its not the host can I get help please!!!!

I am trying hard not to waste your time and provide you with fact. Please read what I send I realize earlier I made a mistake and my hosting procedure was not clear I will continue to offer details help!

An observation with the working test site was once it uploaded and worked 

IT COMPLETELY SENDING THE ORDER WITHOUT ERROR!

THERE WAS NO HTTP 500 INTERNAL ERROR - I COULD GET TO THE CONTROL PANEL IT ACCEPTED MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD BUT THEN KICKED ME OUT!

I just tried the rrandrwholesale.com and

the Control Panel Works.

it works on it's own host I need to try it on the wfiw host stay tuned.

PLEASE REMEMBER THE OBJECTIVE IS TO GET THE WFIW SITE WORKING ON THE WFIW HOST

In going to the control panel none acsess going through http://"WEBNAME"/ADMIN

BUT IF I TYPE http://RRANDRWHOLESALE.COM/ADMIN/LOGIN.PHP I CAN GET IN!

NOTHING WITH WFIW.CA WORKS I AM EXHAUSTED TAKE OVER!

You can send us an email with the project file (the file with .IWZIP extension) as attachment to file@answers.websitex5.com using as Subject “Post 85270 per Claudio D.” so I can see whz the project is not working correctly on the hosting.
If your project size is more than 10 megabytes, you can use online services like www.wetransfer.com to send  us your project.
To export the project you want to send us, please use the function “Export the Project” in Step 5.

Please let me know as soon as you send it.

Hello George,

Please try to do following steps:

Remove the search function in the project and then in the Product 1164A remove the slashes from the description "FOAM MOUNTING TAPE 18\'/5.5M 24/144"

You need to remove the part \'/ and then delete all the content online on the hosting server and then upload the complete project online and test it.

If then it works add again the search try to press CTRL while you start the preview and then export the project again online to see if then with the search function it works.
