How to do email authorization  en

When i use email form on my web site costumers can't contact me and I get this to my email: 550 5.7.1 [BFD] Sender prohibited by SPF, Hosting provider told me to do email authorization, but how to do it with your program I have professional 10. and web site is www.willprom.ie

Hi Artiom,

Please check your SPF record in your external DNS. This should have all mailservers listed which are allowed to send mail as your domain.

I suggest to try at this address: http://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html

This is I get but still not working,

And what does it mean Result-PermError and so on. Read in the last sentence
