No, it's not possible.
You could post it as an iidea post here in answers, maybe Incomedia will consider devolopping something like that.
But you can use images or text in your header or on the left side and make links in them. you will have no submenu's. But it will create a similar effect.

or you can google free html menus and then add one of them, there plenty to choose from on the web.
