I use Website x5 version 10.1.4.5 but can not not get the program started. It is common with "opening the main window" but never get started. Unable to start so that I can enter my code into the program. Why?

Are you able to post a screenshot of what you see when you try to start the program? It could help a great deal in troubleshooting.
Also, could you take a quick look at the following thread:

It's possible that you have a similar display issue.
