Is it possible to directly convert my site created with v8 evolution to v11?
and
does v11 allow the site to be viewed on hand helds and tablets?

Hello Jon,
It's not possible to go directly from v8 to v11: however, it is possible to get a v8 project into v11 by going through v9/10 first.

And yes, v11 projects can be viewed on hand-held devices/tablets.
