WebSite X5 does not support minimum password length by default when using the automatic registration feature.  You can request that the developers consider including this in future releases by opening an 'Idea' post.

If you have the necessary knowledge then you could modify the automatic registration script to include either client side checks on password length using JavaScript, or server side using PHP.  But such modifications will not be supported by Incomedia for obvious reasons, and could introduce bugs into your project if you're not careful.
