Can you please send us a screenshot of the what exactly happens to see why why the templates do not appear?

Generally some are present and the others needs to be downloades from within the program but they are all free.

I can't download of screenshot that would be helpful.  When I start up the program and select a new project, I go to a screen that allows me three options:  default template, assembled templates, and the option to create my own from scratch.  I select the option of viewing the 1500 templates but when I do, there aren't any templates to choose.  The file is empty.  I am unable to leave that screen without selecting a template, and there are none to select.

I have accessed these templates before and looked through the selection and even picked on that I saved as an ongoing project, but when I couldn't figure out how to change the color scheme, I left it.

The only way I can get out of this is to cntrl+alt+delete and close Website X5.  If the software worked like it did in the demo, I'd love to use it but I am weary because looking through the Answers here I see that accessing the templates has been a problem for many other users.

I bought a download version of this program and Amazon doesn't refund.

I bought this software because I have a critically important website to get up and running.  Unless I get an immediate fix here, I've started reading basic HTML/CSS.  I really don't have time for that but sitting here waiting for a solution isn't moving anything forward.
