In order to activate WebSite X5 successfully you need to enter the same email address as the one used to register your profile here on WebSite X5 Answers.

If you continue to have difficulty then please set this post to 'Private' by clicking on the padlock icon at the bottom right of your first post.

This will allow you to communicate confidentially with the Incomedia support staff...  you can freely share email details with them in this way.
