Please try any or all of the following whilst attempting to activate WebSite X5:

• Temporarily switch off your anti-virus, anti-spyware and/or firewall
• Bypass any proxy servers you are using
• Reboot your PC and try again with no other programs running (i.e. clean boot)
• If you are still unable to reach the Incomedia server then you can activate your software manually, offline...  see the following article for full details:
