I have been trying to sort a problem out with them for months.
paid twice and lost my hard earned money as far as i'm concerned because because they don't have any contact except phone and I am in australia not europe and can't afford to ring ITALY.
I will never buy another incromedia product and will tell all my freinds the same thing.

What you describe sounds most unusual as Incomedia are only too willing to provide after care support for their products.
I cannot see any licence details in your profile for the two products you refer to. Can you give us further information as to what versions you purchased, what problem(s) you have experienced, and how we can help?
