I think the 'hjem' text will disappear of its own accord before too long.  The reason I say this is as follows:

The source code for your home page shows that the title for that page is currently set to:

Detektiv - Privatdetektiv - Jysk Detektivbureau - Detektiv - Privatdetektiv

However, if you look at Google's cached copy of the page the title is different, and includes the unwanted text:

Hjem - Jysk Detektivbureau

At some point you must have changed the page title whilst building your website.

However, it can take some time for pages that Google has crawled to 'fade out' and be replaced in the search results with newer versions.  You have little control over this.  But the process is largely automatic and if you are patient you should find that your home page appears as you would like in Google search before too long.
