If you click on the hyperlinks in the page of results and drill down then you will find that Google themselves have offered comprehensive advice on how to resolve the issues mentioned.

Some of the issues involve changing settings on your server.  Others are not directly related to WebSite X5: for example, you can reduce the size of your images outwith WebSite X5, and then reload the minimised images back into your WebSite X5 project.

Others are harder to implement, but not impossible.  For example, Google suggests minifying your HTML, CSS and JavaScript...  you can easily minify any code have written yourself before inserting it into WebSite X5...  but the code that WebSite X5 itself produces would have to be exported to disk in Step 5, optimised, then exported to the server.
