Tehnical problem with preview

hello, I've just bought this program and try to preview and loads after 10 times and shows my pictures with demo watermark. PLease help me with this tehnical issues otherwise I have to return this program back . Thank you

I don't know how you can see it only if you can get access to my computer and to try to preview it and it was this problem in demo version and thought only there that's why bought new version but in new one it worse double menu apper instead and in this way I'll finish my site perhaps in 2 years. Thanks

I've erased the program and installed back and it's the same. I can't preview at all at least in demo version I could but here at all. no preview no site
it's useless to me
please get me a new download or money back
Roman, at the top of the page (next to the language flag) from drop down menu choose download, you will always have the latest version of the program over there to download and install. remove the old one, restart your computer and then install the program, activate the program (do not use the demo version).

remember after uninstall the old one, go to your ducument and delete the folder called Incomedia over there before installing the new one.
