New updates cannot be updated.

Dear Sir,
When I am trying to update my X5 pro 11, the updating process stop at the middle and an error signal 406 is received.
Even I close all other applications, same error signal is still recieved. My OS is Win8.
How can I resolve the problem and complete the update.

Sometimes this happens, download the complete version from your profile (top right button here in answers then -> download)
You projects will be save but a backup never hurts ! (step 5 copy project)
