Edit the text in the mail which is sent after a comment is placed

Where can I edit the text, which is sent from the blog administration to the administrator.
I want to delete some of the mailcontent because I use the mail for a sms-service.
It is not neccessary, that the line about approval is shown in the SMS (mail) - users keep asking for username and password to the admin page.
I want to delete the following text:

This e-mail contains information that are intended solely for the above mentioned addressee.
If you have received this e-mail in error, please notify the sender immediately and destroy it, without copying it.

for approving comment, just remove the comment approval.
for the secound part go to general setting>template style> E-mail Style> from email item drop down choose "footer note" and remove the text.

There is no text in the footer note, so there is nothing to remove.
Any further suggestions.
well, that is the only place that I show you in the picture. I could not find it anywhere else! that language comes default in the email footer note and that is the only place you can change it. did you remove it in the past?

I have found another solution in my SMS service.
The service can be configurated to only to send the topic from the mail.
So that is fine for now.
Another solution is to remove the line about approval in the "Language content management" in the blog section.
