Link anchors not working in evolution 11

How do I get anchor on shopping cart working? I can place an anchor on the cart in page creation but when I link to it I get top of page instead of cart which is near bottom of page.

sorry, scrub this post. Although it does'nt work in preview, it does work in browser. I can live with that.
