Also there is no better way then testing yourself, the demo can't be uploaded but it can be used for testing without problems.

Your client can create text and images and links in a part of the website where you set the dynamic content object. If you create a text object the customer can not change that, just on the object where they have acces too they can add text, correct this text and other things.

This can be part of a page or a page itself or multiple pages.

But again, it's best that you see for yourself so that you have a good idea.
