Hello.

I can not align two cells perfectly. The two cells have the same properties, but they are not perfectly aligned. Please see the attached images.

The difference in the alignment is larger or smaller according to the resolution of the monitors.

The website address is: www.fabrimatex.pt and is online. Please check.
The project was developed with the professional website x5 version 11.

I await a solution. Many Thanks,

Ricardo Alves

Hello Ricardo, looks fine on my 17 and 22 inch monitors. Used the mouse scrolling zoom in/out and corner dragging over/up with all looking fine.  Your background image always fits full screen also. No alignment problems here with IE 11!

Hello Donald,

Can you try in a 15 inch monitor? The problem is more evident on these monitors.

Thank you very much,

Ricardo Alves

Yes sir I can, and did. Also an I-phone 6. On a Gateway 15 inch laptop running Win XP it showed a 1 to 3 mm distance between the bottom edges and the same way on the smart phone.  The text box on the left may be adjusting to how the text is displayed per browser, OS and screen size forcing the box down . You may have to leave open space at the bottom of your text box. The X5 staff is off until tommrow/tonight. And/or someone else probably knows the answer. Hello Ricardo,

Please check the browser zoom function is not active or try to set it back to 100% by pressing CTRL + 0 and then check it again.

If you use the browser zoom then this depends on how the browser is calcuting the zoom and since every browser does it differently then it can appear differently.

You need to check it with zoom to 100%

Many thanks!

Hey Ricardo, checked your site at work on 30 and 19 inch monitors at 200% to 50%. Same results showing a mis-alignment. Something is most likely not aligned or mis-aligned. Go back and check all your frame/cell options and parameters.  Is there something overlapping? Start from scratch, add one thing at a time on one side only and preview. Or remove one thing at a time from finish and preview. Try using web safe fonts and not using the return key (to start a new line, let the cell/box start the next line) in your text and see what happens.

Just some thoughts - Donald

Hello Riccardo,

I tested it on smaller screesns and it appeared correctly when the zoom was 100%. By changing this value then there was a misalignment but it is normal since text and image are hnadled differently when zoomed by the browser.

Try also to check if the font you used is well supported on these computers otherwise on every computer if the font is not present or recognsided it will appear differently.

You could also use a webfont to make sure the space will appear the same on every pc so it shouod then appear correctly.

Many thanks!
