Add country shipping costs

I added a webshop on my website www.natural-urn.com
I'm going to ship my products all over the world.
Is it possible, when the country of delevery is selected,
the shipping for that country are going to be calculated
automaticly?
Or to add a pull down menu during the ordering process
so people can see the shipping costs?

automatically is not possible, or you create different shipments or try to use Paypal system and search if possible add an additional cost for countries.
