i need alot of help with ftp i bought this program its not letting me upload anything or even update the program i got an ftp server through www.web.com and its still not lettng me upload anything what suxs im in the united states and theres no contact numbers i feel like i really just wasted my money the feature work great but what good does it do if i cant upload crap and the www.web.com is not as great as html features this program has can anyone please help me

--> ftp connection
--> user
--> password
--> upload directory
Hello ismael brito,
try to update the program to the latest release or from the first page on the program when it starts or by downloading the updated installer from your profile here under "Downloads".
Once done try again to export and in case it should not work please let me know the exact error message you get.
