I need to upload a new Web page from version 11, but it is different than in versions 9 and 10. Will the website automatically uploaded to the web by clicking on the start button.

You need to go to step 5
Click upload the webiste to the internet
Fill in the FTP details for your server
Then click next

I have filled in the details for FTP server and clicked next, so this picture is shown, I want to know if the page is uploaded by clicking next.

There is something wrong in version 9 or 10 is a folder (web) to the left as I double-click and upload starts, it will also appear in (Phad) so please tell me what I'm doing wrong

Did you previously upload the content in this folder with the previous versions of the program?
Only your hosting provider can tell you if / is the correct path or you need to use a different one. Every hosting has different settings and only they can tell you which you need to use.
