Shopping cart orders

2 Questions:
1. I do not receive a copy of the order from the shopping cart page. I have added the email address, and ticked the option to have the order as a csv attachment. My customer receives a copy of the order, but I don't. This is a problem for myself, and another user who I support.
2. Where are the orders stored in the folder system on the website. If I don't have the order, at least I should be able to locate it in the file system on the web server?

Hello Steve,
Try to change email script type in step 4 - Data Management and then test it again to see if it works.
If none works, try to untick the option to send the CSV file since it could be your hosting provider is blocking the emails with attachments.
The orders are only sent to the mail server on your hosting server and these are not stored in the hosting space.
