Hello Luca,

You can insert this meta tag in the header by going to Step 2 Sitemap Creation, highlighting the Home page in the Sitemap, then clicking on the 'Properties' button to the right-hand side of the screen.

In the new window which opens go to the Expert tab, and then select 'After opening the HEAD tag' from the Custom Code drop-down menu (see the screenshot attached)

Please be aware that it is considered poor practice to redirect to another page in this way.  It is far better to redirect using a specific rule in your .htaccess file on the server.  If the redirect is permanent then you should do a 301 redirect in this way, and also notify Google of your change of address in Google Webmaster Tools.
