Dear Incomedia,
I have downloaded your latest release Version 12 as you have suggested.The demo product I have received only display a blank page. It does not work.If you have a workable demo product, I will be more than happy to see it.

If you wish to receive a reply from Incomedia directly then you will need to set this thread as 'Private' by clicking on the small padlock icon at the bottom right of your initial post.
If you want the rest of the community to assist you then can you please post the link from which you downloaded the demo, and also a screenshot of exactly what you see when you install/run the software?
We will then test and investigate further.
