Create the page without the template

I want to create a php page just with php code without all template design and call it from another using php "include" instruction; I found a checkbox called "Create the page without the template" into the Graphic tab inside the properties of the page but the template remains; is this the correct process to do it? this checkbox means different? is this possible to do it?

That is indeed the correct checkbox, and when ticked the template should disappear, but only for that particular page, of course.
I've checked my own copy of Professional 12 and I can't see any obvious bug.
Try holding down the 'CTRL' key whilst entering the 'Preview' mode, then exporting afresh to your server in Step 5. Also, be sure to clear your browser cache before testing.
