Problems importing from 10 til 12 proff

I ha e tried to import export form 10 til 12. Now I have bought 12 proff as well but i have problems. Export is ok. mport i ok But when I I try to open in 12 proff I got at message. Index and strenght lengd !!!!! What du I do ?

This is a known issue and the developers are working on a solution.
