Cannot get images the same height

I am using the demo version of Evolution 12. I placed four images on one line. All were the same height. In preview, two of the imagaes appear much shorter than the other two. I tried to edit the pictures by changing the size but nothing worked on the edit page. The width and height were showing 24 for each setting but I could not change these settings. I also tried to change to a custom size but nothing worked there either. Is this a bug in my version? If not, why won't the editor do something? The images do not look professional being different heights. So, how do I fix this?

Hi Jerry.
I just tested on the demo version and I haven't encountered this problem.
Could you please attach here a zipped file containing all of the pictures you used for me to test?

I have attached a zip files of the four images. I am very concerned about why nothing on the edit screen worked. I should have been able to change the format to make them all equal but nothing worked on that screen. If you tell me they all looked fine on your system, I sill want to know why I could not change them.
Hi Jerry.
I just tested with the images you sent me and couldn't find any malfunction.
It would be useful if you could attach a screenshot showing what you get when you try and place the four pictures on the same line.

I sent you the page shot you requested several days ago and am still waiting for a reply. This kind of support is not going to win me over to your product.
Jerry the pictures are not all same size,
x5 adjusts for width and height automaticly. If you wish to have them all exactly the same then you should make them all the same in both directions.
Contents to objects are all adjusted to needs of the number of objects, in relation to other objects in height and width on every page that is designed.
(else they would be streched or cut ) that is unwanted behavior.
you could also make use of the gallery and choose thumpnail option, this still keeps the picture in original ratio, but it looks much better and gives you several options to present it as well.
Hope this helps,
