On my web the page of KONTAKT doesn´t work. I don´t know why...

Never mind, I just noticed the Guestbook function needs .PHP.
Are you using the Guestbook function or the E-Mail Form?

Check the user permissions (CHMOD) on the 'captcha' folder which WebSite X5 creates on your server - they should be set to '755' - anything else and the captcha may not work.

So the part of contact is correct, but when I want to send an email from there... it kicked error again
You need to contact your webhost and ask them to change the directory permissions for the captcha folder on your behalf, if it is beyond your own capability. This is not a defect of WebSite X5 - this is a server issue.
At the same time please ask your webhost if your server supports PHP version 5 and above. You should be able to access your WebSite X5 online control panel at the following link:

However, once again the server appears to be misconfigured, so it is important to discuss with your web host how to obtain a working PHP environment. Many of the more advanced WebSite X5 features will not work correctly without PHP support, and this is clearly stated in the system requirements:
