Order completes before payment

I have just upgraded to V.12, I was hoping this would sort out the clunky "Buy Now" button, but no!
When the order is processed it takes you to a page that says "order completed" and provides the reference number - this is before the customer has paid. The Paypal button is on this page but there is no instruction for them to use it.
I am getting orders through that have not been paid for and I have to check each order against Paypal payments before sending.
I cannot change the text on this page as it is not an option on the standard pages.
Can anyone help with sorting this? does anyone else have the same problem?
Thanks
Jon

Hi Jon
There is no solution to this problem.
Incomedia thinks that this is the way it should work... but we all know an order is not complete until it is paid for.
I've been using the product since V9 and asking them to change this since then... I'm afraid it's like talking to the proverbial brick wall.
It's something you just have to live with... Incomedia do not care about your lost orders.
Try an external shopping cart.

You CAN change the default wording on the page, I have done so to provide the customer with the appropriate steps in placing and then paying for an order, and provide appropriate warnings.
When you open your project, there is a box at the end of the field "content language", if you click on it "Language Content Management" will open.
Simply scroll down until you find the text you wish to change or add to.

Thanks for your replies, Gordon you are spot on but I will detail a bit further to help anyone who is not sure how to do this:
In the general settings tab look down the page until you see "content language" look right past the long box and there is a tiny icon, click on this and it will take you to the pages that are pre-written by Incomedia.
Scroll down the left column, change the words in the right column
I went to Cart - step 3 and changed "buy now" to "next" - it then follows the other pages in a logical fashion (hopefully by taking out the word "buy" customers will not think they have already bought something)
I then went to Cart - step 4 and changed "order completed" to "order generated" and changed some of the words below to direct them to the Paypal button
When you have done this just close the box, there is no need to save (you can't anyway)
Still not perfet but hopefully stops people thinking they have already paid or are going to get freebies arriving!
I hope this helps someone, probably me when I have forgotten all this in 6 months time!
Cheers
Jon
