Criei o formulário de e-mail no WebSite X5 Evolution 12. Ele carrega direitinho. Porém, depois de preenchê-lo e ao clicar no botão enviar aparece a msg: "Você precisa ativar o JavaScript!" A msg não é enviada! Como resolver esse problema?

Ao preencher o formulário de e-mail aparece a msg que ele foi enviado com sucesso (imagem anexa). Porém a msg não chega em nosso e-mail.
