Can someone offer any help?

First I am disappointed to find I am unable to contact the Website X5 team with an enquiry unless it is by phone - None of their emails seem to work !!  

I have Website X5 11 Evolution.  I have designed a website with a lot of information on for a business.  I opened the Website X5 software this evening and was unable to find the project.  I have read the help files but  about following the path etc but it makes no sense to me at all.  Can someone help me retrieve the finished websites (two languages and lots of work)  with clear and understandable instructions plead?

This is not good and I am extremely disappointed with the technical help side of Website X5 11.
