First off, I really loved the X5.  I have the 8.16 - which was great.  Now, after re-download, the main page and sidebar/menu section are combined.  So, no way to modify front page. Zero, zero help from support.  The, doing my new site -- working around it - carefully, the main page...after tediois colors, bolds and colors...is basically wiped out with black, as in totally black you would see in a classified document....when previewed.  What you see, in text, is apparantly what won't show up if you save or upload it.  Wow.  That is really re-assuring.  I need what I write, to reflect on my site - period.  If you say, that's not how it works, then really, what's the point?  I want it right...as written.  Period.  I have spent tons of hours, writing, spelling and getting everything perfect..as is should look...and it's now all one long paragraph?  What in the hell?  Help me.  If any Incomedia person is there...help, as in, give a damn.  Bad reviews will kill you.  Service will make you soar. Your upgrade does not accept my old save.  Help.  It's your responsibility.  I have built software.  If I mess up...I help.  Period.
