WX5 v.12 will not load normally and defaults to registration page

I already registered with Version 12 and I have been using this for everyday uploading but now each time I try to open my file the programme defaults to the Registration page. I already registered so what is going on?

Hi Adrian.
Is there any other user on the computer?
Please try and launch the software as administrator (Right click -> Run as Admin), complete the procedure and from now on launch it like this.
