The page appears to display correctly for me, Duncan (please see the screenshot attached).

In this case it looks like a localised issue.

Try clearing your browser cache, or testing in an incognito/InPrivate browser window.  Alternatively try testing in another browser altogether.

Also make sure you have no browser add-ins/extensions installed or configured incorrectly, which could be blocking display of parts of your webpage.

I use firefox - normally set to private browsing. I've checked the extensions and plugins to the browser are up to date and I still can't get the website to display that page. However,I also tried looking at the site on my son's computer and it works with both explorer or firefox. I'll do a re-install of firefox just now and then report back.

As it turned out I found the problem was in firefox "settings" on the "privacy" tab. There was a check box "use tracking protection in private windows". With that box ticked the facebook plugin on my website would not display. once I un-ticked that box it displayed fine. (see attachment) I wonder if there is a deeper solution for this that would allow me not to have to adjust my browser settings?

Unfortunately not, as Facebook (and Twitter, etc.) is reliant on such data in order for the social media plugins to function correctly.
